The short version
- Our eligibility check runs entirely in your browser. We never see, save or send your answers, your height and weight, or your result.
- Your medical care happens on Dr. Tina’s secure telehealth platform, not on this website. Your health history, visits, prescriptions and payments for care go there, never to kydella.com.
- On this website we collect very little: your email address if you sign up for our newsletter, the emails you send us, and the technical details every website records.
- We don’t sell your information, and our site has no ad or analytics trackers.
- We share information only with the companies that help us run this website and send our emails.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Who we are
Kydella is a physician-led GLP-1 care program. This website is run by Kydella LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this policy, “Kydella,” “we” and “us” mean Kydella LLC.
This policy explains what personal information we collect on this website (kydella.com) and in the emails we send, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It doesn’t cover your medical care. Dr. Tina’s medical practice provides that through a secure telehealth platform, and the health information you share there is covered by the practice’s notice of privacy practices and the platform’s privacy policy, which you’ll see when you sign up. The pharmacy that fills your prescription, and any lab you visit, have their own privacy policies too.
What we never collect
Privacy matters even more when the topic is your health, so we built this website to collect as little as possible.
- Your answers to our eligibility check. The check runs entirely in your browser, including working out your BMI from your height and weight. Your answers aren’t saved, and they aren’t sent to us or anyone else. They aren’t stored in cookies, in your browser’s storage or in the page address. They’re gone when you close or reload the page.
- Your health history, medicines or test results. We never ask you to send them to us, on this website or by email. If you’re a patient, share them with Dr. Tina through the patient portal.
- Payment details. This website doesn’t take payments. You pay for your care on the telehealth platform, and for your medicine at the pharmacy.
What we collect and why
When you sign up for our emails
We ask for two things only: your email address and your agreement to receive our emails. We never ask about your health, your answers to our eligibility check or your result. Your email address goes straight to our email service provider, which keeps our mailing list and sends our emails. Our website doesn’t keep a copy. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of our emails, or by emailing us.
When you email us
We get your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of your request. Please don’t include health details: we can’t give medical advice by email. If you’re a patient, message Dr. Tina through the patient portal instead.
When you visit our site
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records some technical details when your browser asks for a page: your IP address, your browser type, the page you asked for, the page that sent you there, and the date and time. These server logs help keep our site secure and working. We don’t use them to build profiles of visitors or for advertising.
If you ordered from our old shop
Until October 2026, Kydella sold urinary and vaginal health products online. If you ordered from that shop, we keep the order records the law requires, such as tax and accounting records, and use them only for that purpose and to answer your questions about past orders.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Visitors to our site get only one: a security cookie named __cf_bm from Cloudflare, the network that protects and delivers our site. It helps tell people apart from bots and expires after 30 minutes.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and our site has no ad pixels or analytics tools. If we ever add them, we’ll update this policy first. They will never run on our eligibility check and its results, How it works, Pricing, Get started, the FAQ and every Learn article.
Extra protection on health pages
On our eligibility check and its results, How it works, Pricing, Get started, the FAQ and every Learn article:
- Our site is built to block ad and analytics trackers.
- The page tells your browser not to share its address with the next page or site you visit.
- Our email signup form never appears.
When you go on to our telehealth platform
Our Get started page links to Healthie, the secure telehealth platform Dr. Tina’s practice uses, through care.kydella.com, an address that only forwards you there. The link is a plain address: it doesn’t carry your answers or anything else about you, and the page tells your browser not to say which page you came from. Once you’re on Healthie, its privacy policy and the practice’s notice of privacy practices apply, including to any tools Healthie uses on its own pages.
Who we share information with
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this website, and each one gets only what it needs:
- Kinsta, which hosts our website on servers in the United States, and Cloudflare, which protects and delivers it.
- Email service providers, which host our support inbox and, if you’ve signed up, send our newsletter.
We don’t share information from this website with the telehealth platform, pharmacies or labs: you deal with them directly. We may also share information:
- when the law requires it, such as to respond to a valid court order;
- to protect our visitors, Kydella or others, such as to prevent fraud;
- with our professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, who must keep it confidential; and
- if Kydella is sold or merged with another company, as part of that deal. This policy will still apply to the information we’ve collected.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it:
- Email list: until you unsubscribe. Our email provider may keep a record that you unsubscribed, so we don’t email you again.
- Emails to us: as long as we need them to help you and keep a record of your request.
- Server logs: for a limited time, for security and troubleshooting.
- Records from our old shop: as long as tax, accounting and other laws require.
How we protect information
Our site uses encryption (HTTPS) to protect information as it travels between your browser and our site. Only the people who need information to do their jobs can see it, and we work with established providers for hosting and email. No website is completely secure, so we can’t promise perfect security. If you think something is wrong, please email us right away.
Your choices and rights
Your choices
- Emails. Unsubscribe at any time with the link in any of our emails.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings.
- Do Not Track. We don’t track you across other websites, so “Do Not Track” and similar browser signals don’t change how our site works.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you the right to:
- find out what personal information we have about you, and get a copy;
- correct it if it’s wrong;
- delete it;
- opt out of the sale of your information, targeted advertising and profiling (we don’t do any of these);
- withdraw consent you’ve given us; and
- use these rights without being treated differently.
Where these laws apply, we’ll honor these rights as they require. Even if they don’t apply to you, you can still ask us to show, correct or delete your information, and we’ll do our best to help. We may need to keep some records, such as tax records, when the law requires it.
How to make a request
Email support@kydella.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, and tell us what you’d like us to do. To protect your information, we need to confirm it’s you, so please write from the email address you used with us. You can also ask someone you trust to make a request for you. We may ask for proof that you’ve authorized them. We’ll reply within the time the law requires.
If we turn down your request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying with “Appeal” in the subject line. If you’re still not satisfied, you can contact your state’s attorney general.
For information in your medical record, contact Dr. Tina’s practice through the patient portal: its notice of privacy practices explains your rights there.
Consumer health data
We never ask you to share health information with us on this website. But on a website about GLP-1 medicines, even signing up for our newsletter, or an email where you mention your health, can say something about you. Some state laws, such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act, call this “consumer health data” and give you extra rights over it.
Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains what consumer health data we may collect, why, who receives it and how to use your rights. In short, we use it only to give you what you asked for, and we never sell it or use it for ads.
Children
Kydella’s care is for adults. Our site isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us personal information, please email us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make a big change, we’ll also point it out on our site.
