Physician-led GLP-1 care Now seeing patients in Georgia and California

How it works

Kydella is Dr. Tina’s online practice for GLP-1 care. Here’s every step, from a 2-minute check to medicine at your door.

1

Check if a GLP-1 could be right for you

Our eligibility check asks a few safety questions, where you’ll be for your visits, and your height and weight. It runs in your browser and saves nothing. It isn’t a diagnosis: it tells you whether a visit makes sense.

2

Book your first visit on our secure telehealth platform

When you get started, you’ll book your first video visit on Dr. Tina’s secure telehealth platform. Then you set up your account there to fill in your health history, agree to care by telehealth, and add a photo ID. Your health details go there, never to this website. Dr. Tina’s care is $99 a month, including that first visit.

3

Meet Dr. Tina by video

Your first visit is a video call with Dr. Tina. She’ll go over your health history, your medicines and your goals, and talk through your options, including their risks and costs. If you haven’t had blood tests recently, she may order some from a lab near you that publishes its cash prices.

4

Your prescription, shipped to your door

If a GLP-1 medicine is right for you, Dr. Tina prescribes an FDA-approved, brand-name one and sends the prescription electronically to a licensed pharmacy that publishes its prices, such as the self-pay pharmacies the medicine makers run. The pharmacy contacts you to pay and confirm your address, then ships your medicine to your door, kept cold when it needs to be. You pay the pharmacy directly; we never mark it up.

If your insurance covers GLP-1 medicines for weight, Dr. Tina can send your prescription to a pharmacy in your plan’s network instead.

5

Ongoing care

GLP-1 medicines start at a low dose that goes up step by step. Dr. Tina checks in as your dose changes, answers your messages between visits, helps with side effects, and sends refills on time. From time to time she may ask you to see a clinician in person, for example for a check-up once a year.

Where we can see you

In Georgia and California, for now. You need to be in one of them for each visit. Dr. Tina is applying in more states: get our newsletter to hear when we add yours.

What we don’t do

  • No compounded GLP-1s: only FDA-approved medicines.
  • No hidden fees or markups on your medicine.
  • No prescription without a visit with Dr. Tina.
  • No emergency care: for emergencies, call 911.
